Michael E. Hanson
24 years experience with Eli Lilly and Company, where he was President of the Internal Medicine Business Unit (Cardiovascular and Oncology)
and served on the Operations Committee. Prior positions include Vice President of Lilly Research Laboratories, Vice President of New Product
Planning and Licensing, Vice President of Eli Lilly International, and President and GM of Lilly Japan. He is currently on the board of a number of
early-stage life science companies including GlycoGenesis, Sound Technologies, Inc., Z-29, Inc., and was a past board member of MGI Pharma.
He has a BS in Pharmacy from North Dakota State University, Fargo, a MS in Hospital Pharmacy Administration, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis
and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
